Pumpkin Patch

Today we endured the not-so-fallish weather and headed to the pumpkin patch with good friends and family. A great time was had by all and little Sophia's room is now decorated with a Sophia size pumpkin - which she insists on holding while we read books. Not sure why. But cute nonetheless. And Vincent? He charmed many a hayride rider with his laughter and smiles. Here are a few highlights from the day. And yes, I do realize that there are very few pictures of Vincent. But with a husband on call, the role of chasing around the toddler fell to me - and where I am there the camera is also....

First, the obligatory pumpkin pictures:
Vin's hair was a little out of control today!

Next, racing up the hill. Sophia ran SOOOO hard.
Then, we climbed aboard the hayride tractor. Sophia was uncharacteristically still. She loved the ride.
Arrival at the patch. Picking those pumpkins is hard work!
Headed back to the tractor and then the realization that it was gone - screaming and sadness ensued.
Tractor arrived back and nice tractor man allowed Sophia and I to sit on the
tractor until everyone else was ready. Mama Jean held Vincent while I grabbed some shots of Sophia.
My favorite picture of the day. Sophia playing on the tepee.
Sophia driving Jordyn in the buggy wagon.
And the day would not have been complete without pumpkin tights and a candy corn bow for the little lady. And a turkey onesie for the little man.

Sweet! Pumpkin patches are so awesome when the kids are young. Great pictures. My favorite is Sophia missing the tractor...you can just feel her sadness.

Much love to you guys!
